Υπάρχει έτοιμο «προσχέδιο», εξήγησε ο γερμανός υπουργός Υγείας. «Θέλουμε να υπάρξει καλός συντονισμός με τα ομόσπονδα κράτη, διότι θα χρειαστεί να είναι σε θέση να εφαρμόσουν το μέτρο στα αεροδρόμια και στους σιδηροδρομικούς σταθμούς», πρόσθεσε ο Σπαν σε δηλώσεις του στο δημόσιο τηλεοπτικό δίκτυο ARD.
